what do i do after i make the ticket?

if i press it and release it, the xbox doesnt turn on, but if i hold the start button it turns the xbox on

should i have my xbox on or off?

i used fresh batteries and have tried this multiple times

nothing happened the controller just turns on

When i turn on the controller the LEDs wont turn on and i cant connect my controller to the PC because it wont go in programing mode
