Analog Stick Getting Stuck

Hello. The Analog stick (Left Analog Stick) is constantly getting stuck in the left position, is there any way to fix this? I've done a tiny bit of research and a lot of people are saying to open up the controller, is that safe?

Hello. If your controller is past warranty then go ahead and tear the sticker off and take a look. It could just be the plastic "cap" part which is easy to replace. Hopefully it's not the mechanism part because that requires a bunch of desoldering and resoldering to replace.

I've had the controller for over a year so it's far past the warranty, I'll take a peek at it later today.
