Can I mail in my controller and have you guys mod it?

I recently purchased the basic ragnarok from you guys its great but I regret not getting the programmable controller. I have custom paint job on my controller and I was wondering if I can mail it in and have you guys do your thing. If so, how much are your services?

I recall seeing somewhere that the PS3 Ragnarok is upgradable but im not sure where, I would open a support ticket if I were you.

So long as the staff doesn't have to do an extraordinary amount of cleaning, and you don't expect them fix ANY other problems with the controller, they can upgrade for the price difference between basic and USB plus ground shipping cost. Runs around $50. Try opening up a ticket at the helpdesk to get it arranged.
