Can't change modes

Got a ragnarok mod chip the other day and installed it and it's not working properly. I messed with it for a little bit and now the 3rd and 4th led stay on. When did first install it though, when I would hold in the mod switch the 3rd led would blink once then twice then 3 times all the way up to ten. Then repeat the process while switch was being held. When I would press LT trigger it activate the select button. I followed the wiring diagram, even installed VREf wire.
If any one has any ideas, the help would be much appreciated.

in second pic i moved the LS connection point, when i moved it stopped the problem when i pulled left trigger the select button would activate. the v connection came off when i was going to take pic of led connections.

your install looks clean, the only thing I see notable is D8-1. Flash it with the newest driver.

Thank you, I checked the connection I see what you mean from photo. It actually just some Insulation I didn't take all the way off. I ran both the flash and the programmable program. Something I did forget to mention since the LEDs are stuck on, the rapid fire mod for some reason is working not sure about anything else.

The wire for the "LS" solder point is not connected to the correct place.

Question, on the connections to button B and button A, did you scrape off the black stuff and solder to the exposed copper underneath?

For the buttons I did scrape off the black stuff and soldered to the copper underneath. With the LS connection when I moved to that connection point, it stopped the problem when I pulled the Left tigger causing select button being activated. Which Im not sure why that would when it's The left trigger and not left stick.

Nope, I unsoldered and resoldered everything and still no go.
