Controller needs fixed

Was wandering if I need to send my controller in to get new thumbsticks installed? Also would anyone know if I could just buy some and install them myself. Last thing is my thumbsticks seem like they are too loose like my regular controller which messes my aiming up.

If you are still under 6 month warranty, and your warranty sticker is still in place, and if it's not regular wear n' tear, they'll replace the sticks.

If you are outisde warranty they can quote repairs if you send the controller in to the shop.
