The paddles I got from a UK ebay seller. He makes them for xbox 1 so the come flat. I've just heated them carefully and bent them to shape. And yes I do the hydrodip ping myself. Built a proper tank out of a ibc 6 months ago. If you want the link for the eBay seller let me know.
