Auto Sprint - Works
Auto Aim - Works (really surprising, hard to find games this works in), keep in mind weapons with a large scope will have issues as usual.
Auto Crouch/prone - Works (although I don't use it for a single player game)
Most things work in this game, which is really fantastic.
