freezeing controller

even after the update my controller still "freezes" and it seems like its getting worse.

Are you trying to re-use .vks's that you saved previously. Corrupt .vks will cause controller freezing, advise that you create every macro set from scratch until we resolve the issue. You can still recycle saved .VKM's, but if you are trying to re-use .vKS (even those sent to you by other users) it will likely cause the controller to hang since it's corrupt.

Also to note the fix for this is really in the firmware not the software, I accidentally posted 0.8.1.4b again on the downloads page, be sure to grab 0.8.2.0 firmware off the downloads page and upgrade your firmware, should solve any issue with tac switches causing the controller to freezeup (assuming it wasn't caused by a corrupt .vks to begin with). basically we had two bugs going on at the same time causing the same problem.

when i decided to program/verify reset when i tried to customize my controller the two white LED's didnt pop up fucking sucks.

Using a fresh battery pack, powering up the controller by pressing the START button, it's not going into programming mode any more?
