Halo reach perfect DMR shot

How do I or could anyone make a mod to shoot the DMR at perfect time on Halo Reach so people like me don't spam the shoot button and miss every shot, thanks

I only played Reach briefly but I found that any rapid fire setting seems to work as the gun physically shoot more then 3 shots a second.

all you need to do is use the hex editor and dial in the speed you want, with haloreach, each gun needs a difrent speed, which is why nobody will set this up for you. sometimes in life you have to do your own leg work. this is one of those times.
