when i try to download macros off the website i receive an error message saying invalid file format. Please help A.S.A.P
-I want to get my new controller up and running asap

There you can download macros.

There you can get the software for your controller.

In the software, to open up macro sets, .vks, click the file button top right of the screen.

To open up indidividual macros, go to a button, click open macro, and direct it to the macro you want, .vkm.

Try Right Click - Save File As to save the macro to your computer first. Then use the Viking Macro software to open the macro.

This. If you try and open the macro instead of downloading you will get this error. Not sure why.

I sortof misunderstood the question. Anyways, I can pretty much solve all of these issues on teamviewer.
