I just purchased my controller and I am having issues trying to connect it to my PC. I'm using Windows 7 64bit. When i try and sync the controller I get a message from windows saying USB Device Not Recognized.

Try this process and let us know if it helps any:
Reboot your PC.
Get a paperclip and push it into the little hole on the back to hard reset the controller.
Plug the 3.5mm jack end of the USB cable into your PS3 controller.
Hold the mod switch, and power up your controller (while holding mod switch).
Once the player led's stop blinking and Player 1 LED lights up, go ahead and release mod switch.
Plug USB end of the USB cable into your computer.
Does it detect now?

Please pay more careful attention to the page for your USB Ragnarok. Go back to the page where you downloaded the v1.4 software for your PC. Now scroll down just another inch and you will see the driver for your controller and the firmware-updater software. You have to run these too. Install the firmware updater software, it has step-by-step instructions on updating the controller. Just follow those instructions starting with step #!.
