RULES AND REGULATIONS!

1. YOU MUST CREATE YOUR OWN THREAD IF THERE IS A PROBLEM.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
2. IF POSSIBLE, DO NOT POST ON ANYONE'S THREAD BUT YOUR OWN FROM NOW ON.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
3. Read the steps below. At step 6, if you still need help, please please please be ready with your .vks file (a .vks is explained below). Make sure you post the .vks on your thread.

STEP 1: Make sure you have FRESH BATTERIES.

STEP 2: Try everything again, and if it still doesn't work...

STEP 3: Make sure you know the difference between .vkm and .vks.

.VKM = one individual macro. In the software, you can put .vkm on the individual buttons like RT or a tactical switch. .Vkm's can be added to buttons and tactical switches, as many .vkm's per page / per mode as you'd like.

.VKS = one whole macro set, with many pages/modes. You can only have .vks at a time. If you open a .vks and open another .vks, the second .vks will not merge with the first, but it will override it, so save your .vks's!

STEP 4: If you cannot get your controller in programming mode, try holding start when the controller is off. Add the batteries as you are holding start. If you are having a weird issue, try re-updating the firmware.

Video guides are here for directions: http://viking360.com/support/video-tutorials

NOTE WHEN INSTALLING FIRMWARE: YOU MUST CLOSE THE VIKING360 SOFTWARE-MACRO-EDITOR AND ONLY HAVE THE FIRMWARE INSTALLER OPEN

STEP 6: You still need help. Go into the software. Press the top right save button to save your .vks. Make sure you know where you've saved it to. Make a new topic, make sure that before you submit the new topic, look down where it says options. To the right, it says "Upload Attachment." Press that to upload your .vks file. I cannot help you if you don't include your .vks file (most of the time)
