Requesting Information On Getting My Controller Serviced

Hello staff...

My toggles are in bad shape and need to be serviced. I have the Viking Macro controller. I guess I'll need new toggles and buttons...basically a tune-up.

How do I go about doing this, how much will it cost and how long will it take?
