right thumbstick broken

so does anyone know were i send it back to and who i talk to about it because the ticket people have no clue what they are doing
 
I would just open a new ticket and start fresh, explain your problem and ask where they want you to mail it, once they receive the controller Im sure they will determine then if it is covered under warranty, or if not how much to fix it.

Another option is to contact ''Modded matt'' on here, he does custom controllers for people and also custom controllers for people with disabilities.. he does really awesome work, he could fix your controller for you.

Do not open a new ticket, respond to the open ticket you have. If you open another ticket it will only compound the communication issue you seem to be having.

That is your only recourse.

After re-reading this thread, I must decline to assist you due to your demeanor. I will still send you a new stick if you want, but I will not put myself in a situation with a customer who will never be happy.
