Are you a Viking Forums member? Our server may have sustained a security
breach. The hacker may have dumped the password files, which he can use to do a
"brute force attack". If you use a weak password you are vulnerable (weak is
pretty much any password that doesn't look like this: @#^^@hklhjk2l3j326092495hssdfhk23)
This potential breach is no thanks to the (in)security of Vbulletin, the world's
worst bulletin board software.
What should you do? If any other sites that you visit use the same password as
the one you used at Viking Forums you should change that password immediately.
You should also change your Viking Forums password immediately. Preferably to a
really long and random password.
