Your stats were probably frozen because you were accused of hacking or cheating too many times. When this happens they freeze your stats until they look to see if your hacking or cheating. This takes time because lots of people are reported all around the world and they only have so many employees.

Ever since i have been using the humanized, the macros just stop working, none of the extra buttons work, and the LEDs don't work until i shutoff the controller and restart it. I think the file might be too long or something and it just over loads the controller.

not a serious problem but just wanted to point it out if you wanted something to fix lol. Sometimes when i have lights on other than my player indicator they stay on and turn green when i turn the controller off. but i just take out the batteries and it fixes it.
