akimbo mode only rapid fires on 1 side what do i do?

i got it working so far fine with my presets... it was that the box on my screen needed to be strecthed out so i can see what it tells me to do for example... connected,open,reboot etc... im good tho now..

wow i just got my controller back from viking from repair and they fixed one problem now i have another one... my controller goes into programming mode, then i open up my hex file add it in and it doesnt do anything.... now my controller when i try to connect it, it says usb unknown device what...

I tryed Everything, Everything You Guys Said I Tryed Stuff Im Out Of Options..... Just Need Viking To Contact Me With My Ticket How Long Do They Take To Answer Tickets ?

how can i flash my controller when it doesnt even go into programming mode.

i did all that but nothing im mad tite lol and viking doesnt get back to me. for some reason my bottom lites wont go out and that led 4 stays on.. Frozen lol

on my hammer my player led 4 stays on,wont let me turn it of or change modes. i removed the battery and nothing,batterys are fresh still. i also tryed to put it in programming mode and it wont even let me. i had my mod for about 2 days worked fine 1st 6 hours then failed i really need help...

ok as for me my controller is a hammer and it's stuck on led 4 won't let me turn off my mode or switch between modes I tryed taking out the batts there btand new... Also my control won't go into programming mode I try over and over what can I do? I'm not retarted I know how to read inst...
