isnt it illegal to just buy random controllers, mod and then sell them to the public?, dont the controllers say not for resale?, and if not, do u have some sorta deal with m$ that allows u to do so?

i have found that if u use the WWE rapid fire driver with x, the assassin glitch is really easy to do, which relies on u rapidly pressing x whilst moving
