You should of recieved a confirmation email though. Also I personally use my rapid fire mentioned above. Its pretty darn fast if you ask me. You would have to make a anti-recoil though since it is connection dependent. I have a tutorial up in the MW3 section you can watch it.

Macro can do almost the same just assign LT to a rapid fire then right trigger to a jitter.

Fredrow isnt too active on here so you may have to wait a while for a response. Also you are right the more the macro controllers stock lessens the more the price is going to be. It is pretty expensive but is an amazing controller. They are not planning on making another controller anytime soon...
