    We can't log in to viking360.com at all. We received the email with the order confirmation number and then the email account was deactivated. I need to change our original email address because we didn't get to the second email that contained the support account login information.

    The email we used to order our controller was deactivated by the carrier before we could get the access codes. How do we update our info with a new email address. We have had our controller over a week now and can't use it!
