Thank you guys for your help and yes I have a macro controller and my dad tried to login yesterday and he couldn't even remember his email address.

Ok so my dad ordered me my controller and the tac switches fell into the controller. So I'm trying to open a support ticket but my dad doesn't remember any of his login info. What should I do?
