Is it possible to delete an unwanted page? I have two extra pages set up that I don't want and I can't figure out if it's possible or not.

My player one LED is a different hue of colors than the ones I select. It has been like this since day one. But my example would be that when I select the Purple color for page 3, Player 1 shows up as a pink. Or for blue it shows up as a baby blue while the rest are dark blue. Another problem...
