well my controller that i fubared downloading the update will get to viking today.... anyone have any experiance with their customer service?...i am crossing my fingers that they download the update for me....since i am pretty dumb with that stuff..

so i dont have to have my controller set to tactical to drop shot??? and what does the new drop shot 2 do that the first one didnt?

ordered the programmable controller for ps3 mainly for mw3......should be here Saturday.....hope i am smart enough to get it working lol.....my in house geek squad (daughter ) just moved to Canada:(....seems I made the right choice in going with viking seeing this forum..I am a little worried...
