For the buttons I did scrape off the black stuff and soldered to the copper underneath. With the LS connection when I moved to that connection point, it stopped the problem when I pulled the Left tigger causing select button being activated. Which Im not sure why that would when it's The left...

in second pic i moved the LS connection point, when i moved it stopped the problem when i pulled left trigger the select button would activate. the v connection came off when i was going to take pic of led connections.

Got a ragnarok mod chip the other day and installed it and it's not working properly. I messed with it for a little bit and now the 3rd and 4th led stay on. When did first install it though, when I would hold in the mod switch the 3rd led would blink once then twice then 3 times all the way up...
