    How Do I Return My Controller For A Fix

    My Viking 360 doesn't seem to work anymore. I have tried to update firmware but that doesn't help I even tried new batteries. And when I try to sync my controller it freezes the software so nothing happen. Everytime I turn on the controller the Leds won't appear it works as a regular controller...
