Einar I have yet to receive this controller. It's been almost 2 months. The USPS says over and over again that it was returned to you. So I don't understand why you wouldn't send it back out. There should be no problem with you sending it back to the original mailing address. I mean, I paid over a 100 dollars and this is what I get. I can almost guarantee that you wont even respond to my e-mail. Do your business rep a favor, and do the right thing. I live on Camp Lejeune. Do you know how many marines play call of duty and xbox and are willing to get these controllers? All I gotta do is say something bro. That's all. In all seriousness, I would like to either 1.) Get my money back for which I paid for the controller so that I can buy another one off your website (Store Credit would work out just fine.) or 2.) Just send me the controller. I've been waiting so damn long and patiently for the controller, and I hear great things about you guys. Hence why I paid over a 100 dollars to have you guys do it than anything else. I mean I would really, really like to use this controller before I go over to Afghan.

If you are talking about a send-in service, Viking360.com doesn't offer a send in service. Are you talking about a controller bought at Viking360.com and sent in for repair? Or are you talking about a new controller you purchased and never received?

Can you post transaction details, name on the order, or any other details? Right now I have no idea who you are or what the situation is, very confused here. Have you even bothered sending an e-mail, or just assuming we don't response? Isn't that stupid to not send somebody an e-mail, and than pre-blame them for not answering an e-mail that was never sent to begin with?

Ok I am at the shop, I found a box on the shelf with your name on it and an attempted/not known label on it. My wife sent an e-mail on 8/10/2010 to josh.blier@gmail.com informing you that the package had been returned and asking what you want to do next. What is strange is I can't find the original order information so I'm wondering if this was ordered under a different name in the system? The address that was attempted/not known was

1830 Wilmington Highway Apt 54
Jacksonville, NC 28540

At this point I would like to just offer you a refund, because for fraud reasons, we cannot ship to any address other than what was provided to us by our credit card processing gateway. So we can either try to re-ship it to the same address, or just process a refund. At that time if you'd like to re-order with a different billing/shipping address you can.

Unless this was a warranty repair return? In which case I don't see why it would matter where we ship it. I just don't have any information here on file other than the 8/10 e-mail that went out. Assuming this was originally under a diff last name?

Apologies for the whole issue, not sure why we never received a response to our e-mail from 8/10. I have the box here in the shelf with the original label on it and the controller inside.

Let us know how to proceed.

And that's the kind of service I expected right there. No worries. Send the same controller to the same address if you would. Thank you. If I could also receive a tracking number and the date that it left your workshop that would be much appreciated. If you need some kind of information so that you know that I am in fact Joshua Blier than you can contact me at my e-mail address that I ordered the controller from or just match IP's. Anyway the sooner all of this gets resolved the better. And to be honest I haven't received anything in my personal E-Mail regarding the controller other than this this is your tracking number and what not. I havn't received any addition E-Mails. The last one was on August 1st.

What address did they give you? My billing information is set to my house in Connecticut? But that doesn't mean I can't have that damn thing shipped anywhere I want.

As of right now it says that the tracking number is currently unavailable. But I want to say thank you once more for taking care of this situation as quickly as possible. You have my support and I will be passing the word around here to use your company in the future. How long approx. does it take to have these controllers shipped anyway? I'm assuming 3-5 business days? Or did you guys use USPS express?
