i just got this ragnorak and it wont even program no more ! i plug it in my computer and nothing, help please!

Using the white USB to 3.5mm cable we sent you, when the controller has the batteries in (turned on or not) if the cable is plugged into the computer and the customization software is running, you should just need to plug the cable into the controller.

Is this for Xbox 360 or PS3 Ragnarok?
