Back button No longer works

Good Day

I Have had my controller for a little bit now and its been great... but now, the back button does not work. I cant pull up the scoreboard in games. Sometimes, if i keep hitting it, the scoreboard will come up, but then i cant get the Scoreboard to go off the screen. I have to restart my xbox and then were back to the button doesn't work.

Any suggestions?

Sounds like a hardware problem. Open up a support ticket where you bought it from and arrange for a return/repair. :-(
