Bank is holding funds after declined transaction

It's very doubtful that we actually have your money, and much more likely that your bank is not releasing the authorization. If we had your money, you would have received an order receipt in your e-mail and then an order shipment confirmation and we would have shipped your order. We don't just hold funds for fun. If you did not receive an e-mail receipt, we don't have your money and your transaction was declined.

My guess is that you are not from the United States? Typically declined transactions from customers using debit cards in other countries, especially Canada and Germany, those banking instutitions will hold the authorization for over a week even though our credit card processing gateway Authorize.net immediately declined your transaction the minute you tried to purchase, usually due to an address mismatch.

Try using the PayPal payment option if your international bank and our credit card payment gateway Authorize.net do not seem to be playing nice with each other.

I am in the same situation due to an address mismatch. Transaction was declined but the bank is holding the money. Tomorrow I will go down to the bank and see wsup. I WILL get me a Viking Macro hahaha
