I need some help with a Jitter Mod with ADS so when u aim in the Jitter wont go off but when you Aim out the Jitter start. i have no idea on how to make this. anyone have a solution?

It's under BONE-BO3 Special... When in ADS is when you have a rapid fire and if you hip fire is when the jitter will go.
