BO non existent in New Editor

I delete the old one, download the new one, and Black ops presets are nowhere to be found. Any idea guys?

go to select mode and rapidfire, then pre-set speed and select black ops

Yes, i know how to do it IF it were there lol but its not! thats the problem lol the preset editor seems to be identical to the noscope beta one

Did you drag and drop ALL of the files out of the .RAR into the same folder? It sounds like you didn't get the config file to overwrite your old config file... try to locate the old config file and be sure to overwrite it with the new one from this download:
