Yes the extra buttons are macro buttons. The guide button lights up during charging to tell if its charged or charging. This is a macro inside a scuff controller with internal battery. This was my last macro chip I was saving for something special.

I cant wait for the new xbox one controllers.

The tacs you have under your macro controller are the paddles and the top two tac's are the ones in the front of the controller! They pop up like the regular macro controller!
