Broken controller of sadness

I went to program my controller but when it restarted no leds would light up and it can no longer be programed/use macros, please help!

Simple question.
Have you tried putting new batteries in it?
It's amazing how many problems a simple battery change can fix.

Sounds like you need new AA batteries. Try taking batteries out, putting new ones in. Then take the battery pack out, hold start on the controller, and keep holding start. Put the battery pack back in while still holding start. Then the controller should go into programming mode successfully.

Fresh AAs, still leds and viking software still doesnt recognize controller :/
Idk what happened i hit export macros waited for the leds to go back to normal, disconected and reset, and poof controller doesnt work... Sucks, really love this thing

Haha! Nvm after goin through a 36 pack o AAs it worked! WOO!

ha. If you buy the cheap AA's, sometimes they don't work, if that's your case.
