broken mic plugin spot

In my macro controller the spot where you plug your mic into is breaking inside. It's static and wont let me talk I have tried 2 mics that 100% work but still nothing I'm hoping you can help or have me send it in to be fixed. :3

No i didnt open it. Also my macro recording messes up with the joy sticks it doesn't record exactly what i do.
