Open up a ticket at the helpdesk, send 'er in, they'll fix it.
If you're a very old customer you'll have to sign up for a new account at Viking360.com to submit a ticket (it's free, just need a valid e-mail address).
Be sure to let them know the name from the original order, they won't work on controllers that were purchased from third party (i.e. through craig's list, etc.)
