Button Issues, Factory reset?

Okay my x button is acting like my B button. when you push X it copies the B commands which essentially means I cannot use X in game play . No I do not have it mapped this way. Any ideas? Is there a way to factory reset this controller or mod chip?

Try reloading rune pack again and trying..... if that doesn't work write a support ticket to Viking.

Yes that's what I'd recommend. Load a blank runepack (or nearly blank runepack, or something where you only assign a rune to say tac switch #1) and then try pressing X or B in game. If it doesn't fix the problem then I would suspect that the X and B buttons could be bridged/shorted together in the hardware itself which would mean it needs a trip back to Viking shop to get the modchip repaired or replaced.
