Can the SPS be faster for pre tuned on Black Ops?

What I really mean is, is the pre tuned rapid fire for black ops not as fast as it can be? What is the pre tuned speed in numerical value? What I have found is that the M14 is a good half second (sometimes more) slower than the FAL when rapid fire pre tuned is turned on.

Also, will anti recoil be introduced to the legacy software?

You can customize the SPS to whatever you would like instead of using a pre-tuned speed. Each gun is unique so not all weapons will have the same SPS for rapidfire. I'm not sure what the pretuned speed is, but on my 360 ragnarok the pretuned is set to 7.2 SPS. Try messing around with some different numbers
