There is always a chance of being banned, but it isnt really trackable. the only way you will get banned is if a bunch of people file complaints. so pretty much no you cannot get banned

That is the correct answer.....

You will not get banned for using a Modded controller.......

And I'm pretty sure this has already been a topic like 6 times.....

Just so people know, if you search through the forums and find a thread that is old but has to do with something you wanted to say or is the same darn question you were going to ask then post on that thread instead of starting a new one. When you post something on any thread being old or new then it goes to the top of the list..... This is just for your own personal knowledge.....

Thanks for your response Krier. Also thanks to you too fredrow even though you went on a little bit of a unecessary rant. I did search for this topic but the reason I posted it as a new topic was because I wanted to know specifically for Xbox live. Nevertheless, I appreciate both your comments guys. Have a nice day!

Your suspensions will add up. if you do the same thing that got you suspended for 1 day again you'll get suspended for 1 week. It goes on and on. In theory your suspensions could grow to 9,999 years which is pretty much being banned. BUT you probably wont get suspended EVER(for a rapid fire mod). Like you could whip out a FAL on Billy G and the Xbox live team would do absolutely nothing. They dont care about rapidfire controllers. Also file complaints do not do crap against rapid fire mods, gamertag mods, cussing, d.eath thre.at*s, etc(unless its again 0*b^am.a). anyways getting banned for rapidfire mod is a marketing campaign to make mods without added buttons seem'stealthy' or 'undetectable' or 'worth way more than a mod with added buttons, because we all know a Xbox live team employee inspects your controller everyday.'. That is very misleading and complete BS. Its telling half the truth(and also half a lie if you think about it) to the customer.

1 day but i think it becomes a week if you do it again. I know ben got banned for 1 day for bio advertisements like me, but thn he put them back in his bio and got banned for 1 week. They must keep a record of your suspendsions, how long they were, and what for. They must have just been cracking down on bio advertisement because me and ben got banned in the same week.
