Cannot get Through Check Out

I've been trying to purchase the viking controller in black. When I goto the check out, type my information then submit i get this response.
UPS Error: InvoiceLineTotal MonetaryValue must be greater than 0
However all my information is correct.
How do I purchase the controller if the website won't let me?

They fixed that bug today, it affected customers hailing from Canada or Puerto Rico. Should be good to go now.
