cant get into download mode

I have the sleeper with the 3.5 mm jack and when i hold down the sync button and power up the controller all the LEDs light up and the 3 and 4 LEDs dont turn off, but it has worked before, and now i cant download any presets. Any idea whats wrong?

Have you tried to re-boot your computer?? And then try it.......

Does the sync button still work to change modes on the mod?

(be sure the PnC cable is not plugged in / i.e. the controller must be totally powered off before putting it into programming mode)
