Heey i can help you with that i had that problem when i first tried first of all go open pinnicle studio up then go to settings go to capture source then untick the box that says Capture preview and therr ya goo when u record the little screen goes black it looks like its broke but its recording and it removes close to all lag If it works for you and you wanna thank me please sub me
