Computer wont read Rangnarok [USB]

For some reason my computer wont read my Ragnarok, everything still works fine with my controller. I had this problem also when I first got my controller but I forget how I fixed it. Any Ideas?

Are you using the white cable that originally came with the controller (or modchip kit if you are a DIY installer)?

Tried fresh batteries?

Try plugging into a different USB port!
