Ok I have the odin's raven and It will not go into boot loader mode and the left tac switch doesn't work. Idk what to do. I paid good money for this.

The controller by default is loaded with the 'all in one' driver, the all in one driver for the Odin's Raven doesn't have anything programmed to the left tact switch.

Going into bootloader mode ('fail safe') for the Raven:

-pull the batteries. Be sure you are using the fresh AA alkalines that came with the controller, or a fresh pair of your own.
-start holding down the RIGHT TAC switch.
-insert the batteries (still holding down that RIGHT TAC switch)
-power up the controller (still holding down that RIGHT TAC switch)
-Player 3 and Player 4 LED's will go off and stay off. (this signals that it's in bootloader/programming mode)

You can release the tac switch, it's in programming mode, plug it into your PC and launch the flashing software or the legacy driver that you should have already downloaded and installed. Follow any number of the ten million videos, help documents, forum posts or other tidbits on the download drivers page that explains the process.

(Of course if you have the 3.5mm jack installed, use the white 3.5mm-to-USB cable. If you chose the modify PnC port option, use the play-n-charge cable to plug into your PC.)
