Customization Software

I have reset the rapid fire settings in the customization software
to accommodate the weapons I like in BO2.
For example I have Mode 1 and Mode 5 set to 8.2 for the FAL OSW
and so on for Mode 2 & 6, Mode 3 & 7, etc. But it feels like the
higher modes (5-9) shoot slower than modes (1-4) with the exact same
settings. Are the higher modes different than the lower modes even after I
have modified the sps settings?

Rapidfire speeds. On the Ragnarok I believe Mode 10 is a special mode just for the old World at War Call of Duty game.

The other 9 modes are identically the same and your eyes and head are playing games with you.
