Can i send in my macro controller to get a new shell but not the black one because a awesome controller should look nice. like when there was the black serpent shell. that was nice.

You cannot as of right now, however I know Fredrow does custom installs. If you find a way to get a hold of him then he might do it for you since he hasnt been on the forums for a while. Just keep in mind Viking has is not associated with Fredrow and your warranty will be voided through Viking. All of the warranty stuff will have to go through Fredrow.
