I have just attempted to purchase the Viking360 controller via Visa Card. The checkout took all my details, (I had to enter the zip code as "6000" which is the code for Perth City as it would not accept "6065" which is the code for the suburb of Perth that I live in.) I entered all the details for the purchase including credit card number etc and after accepting it all, the screen refreshed with an error message stating that "the zip code is too short". There were no options for me to correct it or cancel the transaction.....?
I now dont know whether the order went through, if my account will be debited but you can't deliver the controller to me or what I need to do?
Please advise ASAP.
