Drop Shot NOT Working with Tactical Button Layout

I use the tactical button layout. I can't get the drop shot to work with this layout. When I'm running and try to hip fire, it instead does the melee attack. Help please?

You have to put the controller into tactical layout, not just in the game, but you have to switch the modded controller's mode from default to tactical. Instructions are in the software but I'll tell you how to do it:

Turn on your controller, hold the mod switch and then hold the Y button until your LEDs blink twice indicating Mode 2 and then let go of everything. It's in the software. All instructions can be found by opening the software and clicking the question mark buttons next to each of the modes and dropdown boxes (in this case it's button mapping in the software)
