i sent it in it was a fix it got shipped to his old adres then he said it was being forwarded 2 weeks later.....................

He contacted me for a return (the shipping above shows how long it took from the time we gave him the prepaid shipping label to the time we received it this week), but by the time he shipped it out (2 weeks later) we were in the middle of relocating from Bellevue, WA to Pasco, WA. Then unfortunately the USPS took a week to forward the package to the correct address (after four consecutive phone calls to the Bellevue post office).
Then we thought we'd throw in custom LED's while we're doing the repair, but the same happened with our LED order from Hong Kong - the blue LED's will be here tomorrow.
The original problem was the pins on the controller itself broke off, so there was nothing to plug the purple flashing key into. We also did the 3.5mm jack upgrade but again between shipping to us 2 weeks late, the USPS not forwarding it, and now waiting for the blue LED's tomorrow...
