Failure to Flash

Essentially when I try to flash my controller this is what i do/what happens:

Open up HIDBOOTLOADER
Check "Allow Configuration Word Programming"
Open Hex File
Click "Program/Verify" and this is what comes up:

Erase Started (no status update until complete, may take several seconds)
Erase Complete
Programming Started
Programming Complete
Verify Running
Erase/Programming/Verify Failure


I've restarted my computer, re-downloaded the hex and HIDBootloader, restarted my controller etc and thats all that happens. Any help would be appreciated

You only have to check allow configuration 1 time...not each time....try leaving it unchecked and see if it works.

Nope, that's not the issue here because it's never worked so it's not like I checked it and it worked then checked it again and didn't work...it's just always said it's failed

This sounds like a good support ticket

As always be sure to try using a fresh set of AA batteries. As the controller is powered by battery doing the USB programming, low batts can cause an error during programming. Also, the 'right thumbstick press' and 'button a' share the USB port. Meaning if you accidentally hit button A or press down the right thumbstick when programming it might error out.
