This is extremely important, and to add to your post I would strongly consider adding pictures of your personal controller, i noticed you only had up a picture of a generic silver controller.

My mistake, I didn't realize that you made legacy controllers out of the new silver plug and plays. I thought the macro controller was called the "viking", hence my title.
Anyway, yes it is the macro controller.

(warranty does not transfer to the new seller, warranty is for original purchaser only) but 100% E-Bay feedback is always a good sign.

Ebay is allowed, but only 100% feedback.

Also know that you will not have support, it is non-transferable. The person who bought the controller off of ebay does not have the warranty, only the original buyer off of viking360.com
